Terms of use

Last updated October 2026.

By using this site you agree to these terms.

Use of content

You may use the guides, calculators and printable forms for running your own events, and print copies for your volunteers and players. Do not republish the guides wholesale on another site without permission. You may link to any page.

Software

The tournament manager is provided free, as is, without warranty. You may copy and share it unchanged. Keep backups of your event data; we are not responsible for lost data.

No warranty

We work to keep the information accurate, but we provide it as is, with no guarantee that it is complete, current or suitable for your event. The official Laws of Table Tennis and your governing body’s rules always take precedence. See the disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this site, its calculators or its software, including financial loss from event decisions.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the current version.
