What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect names or email addresses through the site. If you email us, we receive your email address and message, and we use them only to reply.

Visit statistics

We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to count page views. It records the page visited, the referring site, the browser and screen size, and a country-level location. It does not use cookies, and it does not track you across other sites.

Data stored in your browser

The checklist saves your ticks, and the site remembers that you have dismissed the notice, using your browser’s local storage. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not sent anywhere.

Advertising

We may show advertising provided by Google AdSense or similar partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Where required, such as in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.

Links to other sites

We link to governing bodies and other sources. We do not control their privacy practices.

Children

This site is written for adults who organize events and is not directed to children.

Changes and contact

We will update this page if our practices change. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
